31 Free Short Stories! Come Trick-or-Treat at Dreamspinner Press!

Halloween Howl from Dreamspinner Press

To celebrate Halloween, Dreamspinner is inviting people to come trick-or-treating at our web site. Thirty-one of our fantastic authors have donated free short stories. Search through the different pages on the web site for Gary the gargoyle. Each time you find him, click on him for a free download by the author whose page he's hiding on! And make sure to check out the end of each story for a discount code good any time in the next year.

First hint: Yes, one of the 31 stories is mine! :)  So check out my pages for the gargoyle...and when you find him, you'll be rewarded with an epilogue of sorts to One More Wish...

Second hint (requested by Lacey): Since it's part of a series, you might want to check on the sequel page for One Wild Wish and One More Wish...

What do you get when you add two naked men and two dragons? Some fun In the Wild...

Let me know if you need another hint! :)

  1. Hi Devon! I tried looking through your pages, but I couldn't find it. Is there only one gargoyle shown each day so that there's also a different author everyday? Or are they all on the site at once? It wasn't really clear from the description at Dreamspinner.

  2. Hi Lacey, they should all be up there at once, scattered among 31 different author's pages.

Another hint for mine (which is actually pretty well hidden!): Since it's part of the series, you might want to check on the series page for One Wild Wish and One More Wish...

  4. Glad to help, Anon! If you don't know the series/sequel pages are there, they're not super easy to spot. :)

  6. So glad you enjoyed it! I have to admit, I haven't done much hunting since I'm so busy right now. But I do know that they've all been posted (with nice little shortcut links) on Goodreads, here is the location to copy and paste into your browser:
